Does WinMedia support a language other than English?

Yes, WinMedia can work in 25 languages including Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Hindi, and Thai.

What operating systems can WinMedia run on ?

Currently we are using Windows 11 Pro and we will be releasing a version next year with cross-platform support.

How long will WinMedia take to get operational in my station ?

Our team of installation and training specialists led by one of our project manager will work with you on every step and make sure you are ready for your deadline.

Do I need a new PC to run WinMedia ?

The latest version of the software is based on the latest operating systems, so we need that your computer meet sthe minimum technical specifications.

What audio cards work with WinMedia ?

Any device that appears in the operating system will be able to be used as an audio card in WinMedia. If you need several outputs and inputs we recommend the Digigram or Audioscience cards. If you use Audio Over IP, you can use any of the broadcast technologies, including Wheatstone, Axia, Dante, Ravenna.

What Video cards work with WinMedia ?

For the video, we support any Blackmagic card and for Video Over IP, the NDI is the protocol we recommend.

I run an internet station, is WinMedia a good choice ?

WinMedia does not need any device to play directly in RTMP or transport stream video, so you can run standalone in a computer or in a virtual machine in the Cloud.

Is WinMedia customizable ?

The entire software can be designed with the colors you want, and you already have several light and dark themes.

What support is available for WinMedia ?

We offer 24/7/365 support with 3 offices around the world.

What file formats are supported by WinMedia ?

We support any kind of audio or video files, we have also the quality check of the file when you import. The trim and normalization to full scale or R128 are embedded.

Can I run several radio and tv stations from a single WinMedia database ?

Yes. WinMedia is built to have as many stations as you want, the very robust user management allows you to give access to the playlist or content designed with only what they have to see.

Can I run more than one workstation with WinMedia ?

Yes, WinMedia is built to run on both small and large networks, the way we built the database is unique and allows you to work over Ethernet, the internet or a local network path.

Is WinMedia flexible in terms of pricing ?

We offer a very wide range of pricing options, based on a license per computer, starting from 30 USD per month. We also offer buyout options, either in direct buyout or Lease-To-Buy.

Do I need another software to run my station ?

The WinMedia suite is the most complete software suite of the market, and covers all needs of the station, from the ingest, production, scheduling, traffic, Playout, logger, to the publish to internet.
