winCam’s automatic switching algorithm manages fader starts as well as mic level triggering. winCam is interfaced directly through IP with the Wheatstone, Studer, Aeq, Axia, Dhd, Lawo mixers, via Dante, via AES 67 or via optional audio sound card.

Audio Level

Accurate audio detection is crucial for automatic video switching. This system automatically switches video based on sound from microphones, For analog consoles, in order to ensure the detection of sound levels, we will add a USB- connected audio rack to the central unit. This audio rack can detect up to 8 microphones, the inputs will be fed with post-fader audio out of the console during installation.

Level Management

With the AOIP it is easier to have the microphone feeds post fader and to select the right level of detection.
